On the big screen or on stage, each of these artists has a unique style of humor. They are the kings of French comedy. But how did they manage to become true box office champions? How did they experience their immense popularity? How do they still influence the comedy genre? And above all, are- are they funny in life? Where is the line between their character in the cinema and their real personality?

A man is born. He is ephemeral. He will only live a day, during which he will go through all the stages and ages of life, growing old by several years every hour. Like a visitor from elsewhere, he encounters, discovers, and tries to understand this world in which has been born.

一个月黑风高的夜晚，一对姐妹被仇家追杀著，姐姐是孙二娘，妹妹是孙媚娘。他们为了躲避仇家，跑了三天三夜没吃没喝，突然眼前出现了个肉包子舖。店名叫「王六包子舖」。 同一个月黑风高的夜晚。一名侠士被崑崙派追杀著，侠士名为陈小飞，是崑崙派的弟子。被追杀的小飞心中想著不堪的回忆，那天小飞与师妹练著武功，教其点穴功，但师妹为了争夺掌门人一职，拿匕首将小飞食指切断。小飞连夜飞奔薛神医处，将手指接了起来，但还是遭师妹与师弟袭击，且欲赶尽杀绝，突围后的小飞，一路狂奔，躲避师弟妹的追杀，突然眼前出现了个肉包铺子。 又一个月黑风高的夜晚。一名不会武功的侠士奔跑著，但其筋骨异於常人，无法练功，一练功便会筋血逆行，脸顿时肿的跟大饼一样，自视无用，便与家中断了血缘，离家而去，决定隐姓埋名至死。在不知道走了多少个时辰之后，突然眼前出现了一个肉包铺子。包子舖的老闆是王六，收留了他们，并决定将包子舖改为客栈，名为江湖客栈。 一群被武林遗弃的英雄聚在一起，会为江湖增添多少风浪呢？
